NightHost Return Conditions

At NightHost, we are committed to providing high quality Virtual Server (VDS) services to our customers. However, in some cases it may be necessary to cancel or refund our services. Here are Nighthost's return terms:

1. Right of Cancellation

1.1. The customer has the right to cancel the VDS service purchased. Cancellation request must be made in writing or via the customer panel.

2. Return Conditions

2.1. Cancellation request must be made by the end of the period during which the service is active. Cancellation requests will be valid for the next billing cycle.

2.2. Refund requests must be made within the first 30 days of VDS service. Refund requests will not be accepted after 30 days.

2.3. Refund requests are only valid for new customers and not if previous customers start over or open a second account.

3. Cancellation Process and Refund Procedure

3.1. Once the customer submits the cancellation request, NightHost customer service team will evaluate the request.

3.2. If the refund request is accepted, the payment will be refunded to the Customer's account as soon as possible following the processing of the cancellation request.

3.3. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

4. Service Access After Cancellation

4.1. A canceled VDS service will terminate as of the date of cancellation. The customer is responsible for backing up their data and content upon termination of the service.

4.2. After cancellation, access to the service will be interrupted and it will not be possible to restore data or reactivate the service.

5. Service Interruption

5.1. The Customer cannot hold NighHost responsible for any service interruption or data loss due to cancellation or refund of VDS service.

6. Changes and Updates

6.1. NightHost reserves the right to update or change these refund terms. Changes will come into force by being published on our website.
